Just a note to let you know how much we really appreciated and enjoyed doing business with you on the sale of our home in Riverside.  It seemed as though you were a miracle worker at times.

From the very first day you took the listing, Barbara and I knew we had made the best decision possible by listing with you.  You explained everything thoroughly so that we knew exactly what was going to take place and why.  The advertising was superb because we saw results the very first days we had listed with you.
